Career Guidance through the use of Ariston Candidates

The ARISTON TEST is a research and development product of the company Computer Academy Ltd. and is based on international bibliography. It aims to cover the gap that exists in career guidance in our country, while also providing students with the opportunity for responsible information on important questions such as:

• Which profession suits me and can I perform successfully?
• Which schools lead to the professions that suit me?
• Which Higher Education departments correspond to these studies?
• How can I complete my application form effectively?

The ARISTON TEST is specifically addressed to: Students in the 9th grade (3rd Gymnasium), in order to provide guidance and direction for their future path, as well as an answer to the question: General Lyceum or Vocational School (TEE)? Students in the 10th grade (1st Lyceum), in order to offer timely and valid support in choosing a study direction. Students in the 11th grade (2nd Lyceum), in order to connect their skills and abilities with specific professions, so they can make informed decisions regarding course direction changes and subject selection. Students in the 12th grade (3rd Lyceum), in order to identify professions that match their personality, so that by completing their application form they can make safe and confident decisions that will shape their future. The ARISTON TEST is based on John Holland’s theory of vocational types, known as RIASEC. But what exactly is this theory?
